Terms and Conditions: Thank you for choosing Puerto Plata Party Bus RD. All deposits are non-refundable. Please verify that all information on your confirmation is correct. Puerto Plata Party Bus RD. is not responsible for an incorrect itinerary once the agreement has been signed and returned. We cannot guarantee that requested changes outside of the original agreement will be honored. If you need to make any changes after your reservation is made, please notify Puerto Plata Party Bus RD. reservations department as soon as possible and we will do our best to honor your request. You acknowledge that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions.
Cancellations:
If you do not show up at the scheduled time, you will forfeit 100% of your ticket and no refunds of any kind will be given.
Cancellations made will result in 100% forfeiture.
Tickets cannot be in another person's name without 72 hours notice and must be requested in writing. Please send requests to puertoplatapartybusrd@gmil.com.
NO refunds are given.
Guaranteed reservations will only be confirmed once and 100% of the total will be paid.
You must be 18 years or older or have written and signed permission from a responsible adult. (Ask for form)
Please do not eat or smoke (including cigarette vapor) on the vehicles.
Governmental ID is required.
If you do not obey all tour guidelines and are asked to leave by your host, no refund will be given.
During the tour, hosts take pictures throughout the night as a courtesy, but pictures are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for mechanical errors on the vehicles.
Puerto Plata Party Bus RD. has the right to refuse service if: a) You arrive intoxicated prior to entry. b) You are intoxicated during the course of the tours and are considered an unruly by any Islander Puerto Plata Party Bus RD. staff member. No refunds or credits will be issued in this case.
Puerto Plata Party Bus RD. Puerto Plata Party Bus RD. is not responsible for denied entry by local staff due to excessive intoxication, faulty identification, or poor behavior. No refunds or credits will be given in this case.
Puerto Plata Party Bus RD. is not responsible if you are unable to arrive at your scheduled meeting time.
All locations are subject to change. Our primary goal is to get our clients into nightclubs with alcohol and we do our best to make this happen.
If a client becomes ill, for example if they vomit in the vehicle, a $300 cleaning fee will be charged immediately.
Puerto Plata Party Bus RD. does not provide drinks at the venues. They are not our responsibility.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items left in the vehicles. Please take your belongings with you when you leave.
The tour ends at the last one. There is no return transportation unless a vehicle has been pre-arranged.

The client is responsible for vomiting and/or failure to comply with the company's smoking policy and will be charged a cleaning fee immediately payable US$300.00 to Puerto Plata Party Bus RD. The client assumes financial responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle during the duration of the rental by them or any member.
Puerto Plata Party Bus RD. is not responsible in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time on the mutually agreed upon date. By making this reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions listed above. The renter authorizes Puerto Plata Party Bus RD. to process credit card payments on file for any outstanding balance if necessary.
Photos/Videos: This gives Puerto Plata Party Bus RD, permission to use your likeness in a photo or video and in each of its publications, including website entries, without payment or other consideration. You understand and further waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of photography/video. I hereby release and forever discharge Puerto Plata Party Bus RD. from all claims, demands and causes of action that you, your representatives, managers or anyone else acting on your behalf or on behalf of your assets have or may have by virtue of this authorization.
You affirm that all reservations you submit are over the age of 18. You are competent to contract on your own behalf and for which you have submitted information. You have read this statement and agree to these terms and fully understand the content, meaning and impact of this release.
Responsibility: You agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and also agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by Puerto Plata Party Bus RD employees, representatives, drivers or agents. Puerto Plata Party Bus RD, recognizes that there are certain risks associated with some activities. You assume full responsibility for personal injury to yourself or injury to others, and release and discharge Puerto Plata Party Bus RD. from any injury, loss or damage as a result of your presence on the premises of Puerto Plata Party Bus RD. You hereby accept and assume all risks, for example, the dangers and risks associated with use or participation, including the serious potential risk of fatal injury to yourself or others. In addition to the above, these risks include, but are not limited to, the following:
The risk associated with travel to and from the venue(s) to be visited during established or overnight hours, including transportation provided or arranged by Puerto Plata Party Bus RD, using your own vehicles for commercial, private and/or public purposes.
Alcohol intoxication from alcohol consumption.
The possibility of injury from a fall, while injuries sustained when getting on or off the vehicles used for the event, or being involved in physical altercations whether caused by yourself or another person.
Enjoy responsibly and never drink and drive.
Puerto Plata Party Bus RD's responsibility is to indicate the available means of transport. Therefore, we do not accept any responsibility for their actions. You agree that all relationships with these suppliers are your sole responsibility.
We do not guarantee the services provided by our suppliers. We reserve the right to modify our site and its content, modify the terms and conditions of use or cancel this site and its terms and conditions at any time. In addition, we reserve the right to restrict or cancel your access to the site at any time.
